- General powers of attorney. These are normally only granted between relatives as they give the attorney very wide powers.
All our documents are prepared in Spanish and English and may signed in front of a Notary anywhere in the United Kingdom. The Notary's signature and seal will later have to be legalised at the Foreign Office in London, to make the document acceptable to the Spanish authorities.
